Refund policy

At Jugniveda, we want you to receive your order safely and correctly.

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged products received during delivery
• Incorrect products delivered
• Defective products, where applicable

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Because Jugniveda products are consumable, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Once your request is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
